Full Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use the keno platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Only one account per person is permitted — creating multiple accounts for the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension. You must not register on behalf of another person or allow any other person to use your account. keno reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Anyactivity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the contact details available on the platform. You must not share your account with any other person, and you must not use another player's account under any circumstances. Keeping your contact details and personal information up to date in your account profile is your responsibility, as we use these details for account verification and payment processing.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on the keno platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are processed through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard, which include local Philippine payment options. You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section, and you may be required to complete identity verification before a withdrawal is approved. keno does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Bonus credit is applied to your account automatically once the qualifying conditions are met. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. keno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
All games available on the platform must be played in accordance with the rules displayed within each game. You must not use any software, tool, script, or method that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or that interferes with the normal operation of the platform. Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance. keno uses standard industry practices to detect irregular betting patterns, and accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings obtained through technical errors, software faults, or exploits are not valid and will be voided. 6. Responsible Gaming

7. Suspension, Closure, and Termination

Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all wagering requirements have been met and your identity has been verified. keno reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, the platform may freeze account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to the relevant authorities. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy, details of which are available in the FAQ section. Upon termination for breach of these terms, any bonus credit or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
8. Limitation of Liability
keno provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform will not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical faults, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including network outages or third-party payment processing delays. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion. The platform's liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the incident. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.
9. Changes to These Terms
keno may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, applicable law, or operational requirements.
